Live, work, grow.

1.8 min read

The city of Toronto and its surrounding areas are made up of diverse neighbourhoods, renowned businesses and unique landscapes that make them some of the most desirable places to live in the country. No matter where you live, a sense of community is never out of sight. That is what has led the Mount Dennis BIA follows one simple mantra- to create a space where residents and visitors alike can come to live, work and grow.

Established in 1974, the Mount Dennis BIA is located along Weston Road, Eglinton Avenue West and Black Creek Drive. The area offers various restaurants, cafes, shopping and services and is easily accessible via 24-hour public transportation. As an area that was once primarily occupied by the industrial sector, it now represents more than 30 ethnic groups, making it is one of the most culturally diverse neighbourhoods in the GTA. Once completed, the Mount Dennis BIA will be the final stop on the anticipated Eglinton Crosstown LRT and home to the Union Pearson UP Express.

Sitting atop lush green land, the Mount Dennis BIA is deemed "Toronto's Greenest Neighbourhood," as it is one of the city's most forest-dense communities to date. Residents and visitors alike come to enjoy vast parkland and outdoor amenities all year round.

Alone we can do so little, but together we can conquer anything. Grow with the Mount Dennis BIA!
